A fly visit to London a quick lunch and meeting! Richard and Trisha have been tremendously supportive from day 1 I started promoting Malaysian cuisine in the UK and the friendship has lasted more than 10 years now! They collected everything all the works I have done in the past! Cooking with @cheftomkerridge on the BBC channel and now still playing on @bbcgoodfood channel, then of course the Dutch cookbook that was out last year and I asked @chefkenhom to personally sign to both of them! Also two of my recipes that were included in @joshemett cookbook The Recipe! If you see Maureen on my cooking show East West Bake, she is Richard’s mum! Richard even offered to write my autobiography one day, now that would be exciting considering all the dramas I went through! Haha thanks Trisha and Richard for staying loyal to our friendship and love to Maureen too! ❤️
